  • Receive convenient, high-quality training by experts to improve staff's ability to work in accordance with MassHealth and other public assistance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Discuss important issues face-to-face with MassHealth and other state agency representatives at one of five regional meetings.

Meeting Schedule and Directions

The Massachusetts Health Care Training Forum meetings are held quarterly in five regions across Massachusetts. All locations are handicap-accessible. If you are interested in attending an MTF meeting, we ask that you register at least four days in advance of the meeting.  View the upcoming meeting dates, locations and directions.

Meeting Registration

MTF has a registration application that will require you to create a User Name and Password (the first time you access this application, please click on Create Account). Once your MTF account is created and your information is added, the application will retain your information for future use.

IMPORTANT Log-In Information: User Name = your email address.

If you receive an error or are asked to "contact your administrator", please call the MTF office at 508-856-4306.

The MTF application supports use by Internet Explorer 6.x. Please have your browser security set to the default level "medium". (From your browser menu click Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Default Level)

Meeting Materials

Meeting Cancellation or Delay Notice

In the event of extreme weather conditions or other unusual circumstances, an MTF meeting may be cancelled or the start time may be delayed.  Please call MTF at 508-856-4306 or visit the MTF Meeting Cancellation or Delay Notice web page.
