Learning Objectives: Attendees will become familiar with the Open Enrollment timeline and expectations for Health Connector members, how to locate and use shopping tools and updated Health Connector resources, identify changes to the ConnectorCare program for plan year 2026, how to direct new applicants or current Health Connector members who need to update their application and become aware of system changes and the availability to purchase dental plans online.
Audience: Anyone who directly or indirectly assists consumers with their application for health coverage in Massachusetts.
