Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will provide an overview of the new Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), which leverages new federal funding for eligible low-income tenants who need financial assistance. The overview will also cover other resources available to renters and landlords as part of the Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI).
