Notices for Health Connector Redetermination are Being Mailed!
Preliminary Eligibility notices for the Health Connector’s Open Enrollment 2026 are now being sent to members through mid-September. Some members may have already received their notices.
These notices tell members about:

- their estimated 2026 Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
- their program eligibility based on information that is currently available to the state
- how they can update or correct their information

Members should take a close look at the table included in their notice and compare their current program eligibility to their expected program eligibility to see if there are any expected changes.
For plan year 2026, current ConnectorCare Plan Type 1 and 3D members may see their eligibility change for the upcoming year due to changes from the federal government. For more information about the expected changes, please review Updates – Massachusetts Health Connector. Members that notice a change in their eligibility for 2026 coverage should review their application and make any needed updates to their application.

Preliminary Eligibility notices provide members with instructions on how to update their eligibility application for the next year (2026) or the current year if needed.

- if the changes are for this calendar year, the 2025 application should be updated
- if the member expects that information to also be true next year, those changes should be applied to their 2025 application and submitted
