Medicare 101 and Equitable Relief - Presented by SHINE and Prescription Advantage
SHINE will present a high-level overview of Medicare A-D including information about enrollment for the Health Connector or MassHealth members. The state's Prescription Advantage plan will share information describing the benefits for Medicare and non-Medicare members.
MA Health Care Learning Series - Presented by the Health Connector
Health Connector staff will provide updates on the latest system enhancements for MAhealthconnector.org. In addition, they will reivew the Health Connectors Redetermination and Renewals process for Open Enrollment 2020 and lead a group activity.
Women, Infants & Children Nutrition Program (WIC) - Presented by the Department of Public Health (DPH)
Community Coordinators representing the local WIC programs will provide an overview of WIC services offered to pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women and children under the age of 5. Staff will highlight "A WHOLE LOT MORE" of the WIC program.

MassHealth Provider Services will provide an overview of MassHealth.gov resources for providers, such as Provider Manual, forms, publications, claims resources, updates on Ordering, Referring and Prescribing (ORP), updated Federally Required Disclosures Form (FRDF) for entities and technical refresh.
