MassHealth Updates - Presented by MassHealth
MassHealth Updates will include information on the latest operational and program updates.
 
Health Connector Updates - Presented by the Health Connector
The Health Connector will discuss Open Enrollment for the 2021 plan year, including information about available Health Insurance plans plus shopping, payments and enrollment reminders.  
 
Health Safety Net Updates - Presented by Health Safety Net
Health Safety Net (HSN) will provide updates on our response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, hospital rate setting, regulation updates, 340B pharmacy changes, Shingles Vaccine Update, CHC reprocessing, and interim payment recoveries.
 
SHINE Program and Medicare Open Enrollment Updates - Presented by SHINE
SHINE will present the program, Open Enrollment, Medicare Plan Finder and plan changes for 2021.  We will talk about special enrollment periods and how to find a SHINE counselor or additional resources.
 
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) - Presented by Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA)
The Department of Transitional Assistance will present a brief overview of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), including information about how to become a SNAP Outreach partner.

Provider Training Series - Presented by MassHealth Provider Education and Communication
Provider Services will conduct a separate training series that includes COVID-19 provider updates. Additional provider related updates and resources will also be discussed.
