MassHealth / Health Safety Net Updates - Presented by MassHealth and Health Safety Net
MassHealth Updates will provide the latest updates and information related to MassHealth applicants and members.  This quarter, MassHealth Updates will include information on the latest MassHealth response to COVID-19, MassHealth renewals, MassHealth health plans, the latest updates to the ACA-3, and SACA-2 application, and more. 

Health Safety Net (HSN) will provide updates and information related to HSN’s response to COVID-19. 

 
Health Connector UpdatesPresented by Health Connector
During these sessions, staff from the Health Connector will provide updates on the implementation of the American Rescue Plan, discuss closed enrollment and special enrollment periods along with a preview of Open Enrollment 2022.
 
 
My Ombudsman Presentation - Presented by My Ombudsman Program
The My Ombudsman program is an independent, free service available to all MassHealth members enrolled in any MassHealth health plan. My Ombudsman can answer questions about plan coverage and provide help with getting benefits and services.
 
My Ombudsman will present an overview of their program, including information about:
    • Who does My Ombudsman serve?
    • What does My Ombudsman do?
    • What kinds of problems can My Ombudsman help with?
    • How can members contact My Ombudsman?
 
 
Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) – Presented by MA Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
Staff from the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will provide an overview of the new Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), which leverages new federal funding for eligible low-income tenants who need financial assistance.  The overview will also cover other resources available to renters and landlords as part of the Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI).
 
 
MassHealth Provider Services UpdatesPresented by MassHealth
MassHealth Provider Services will conduct a separate training series that includes, COVID-19 Vaccine Updates, Office of Long-Term Services and Supports, and Cost Sharing/HIPAA Health Care Benefit Response Update. Additional provider related updates and resources will also be discussed.
