Massachusetts Health Connector Notice of Grant Opportunity: Navigator Program

The Health Connector is pleased to announce that we are seeking applications from qualified and eligible organizations to serve as Navigators for the next grant cycle, which will be a three-year program (July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027).
The Navigator program is an outreach, education and enrollment assistance grant program required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for every Health Insurance Marketplace. The Health Connector is the designated Health Insurance Marketplace for Massachusetts and administers the Navigator program in Massachusetts.
The purpose of the Navigator program is to help consumers that are seeking health or dental coverage understand their coverage options and access any available state and federal subsidies that may make their coverage more affordable. The Navigator program goals are:
- Increase awareness about Health Connector coverage options
- Provide direct application and enrollment assistance to all applicants
- Support current Health Connector members in maintaining coverage

- The Health Connector reserves the right to answer some or none of the questions asked during the Bidder’s Conference; however, questions and responses will be posted to COMMBUYS by March 1, 2024
- Required Letter of Intent due by Monday, March 11, 2024

- Completed grant applications due on Tuesday, April 16, 2024
